Finally I bought myself a beadliner!
From now on I'll be lining all glassbeads with Sterling (925) Silver tubing.
Lining beads with tubing means a 1-part core, professional looks and NO 2-part rivets with the chance of coming off the bead.

Finally my first text on this blog!
Welcome, thanks for taking the time to read!!
As I wrote in my profile, I'm a full time bead maker (don't pity me, I'm totally addicted to melting glass).
My studio is located in Harlingen, the Netherlands.
I'm living together with 3 men (one of my age, two 10 and 8 years of age).
Some time ago I started selling my beads on Etsy. Of course I need to sell my beads to provide income but what makes me very happy is the friendly -worldwide- contact with buyers and sellers, I really feel I have a lot of new friends. I even had a lady from London, UK, coming over to the Netherlands for a lampwork class, how cool is that?
Recently I opened a shop on ArtFire and I hope in the near future people will find their way to that site.
As I love playing around with glass, I'm trying to come up with new combinations and designs all the time. I will post images of new designs regularly and if you want to take a look at my past work, please visit Flickr

Again, thanks for taking the time!
